I have found having counselling sessions very helpful. Having someone who I don’t know actively listening, connecting with me, without linking it to what they think they know about me. I only started this late but it has helped me talk about my experience and understand how the stroke affected and well where I’m at right now. my SELF AWARENESS IS HIGHTEND. Family and friends can not always understand how I feel in thsy moment. I enjoy learning about myself everything day 😍. Anyone with similar experience in this group?
