      it is imperative that you find purpose in your life so you have a reason to wake up…if you are physically able find a hobby that provides joy and contentment.

      it sounds like you are lonely 😔and finding it difficult to see purpose. you can contact LifeLine or SADAG, they have counselors available 24/7. you can also talk about your feelings on this platform. we here for one another

        and encourage them to go to the weekly support groups! it’s social. you don’t feel alone or isolated. FAMSA, SADAG and lifeline have lines to call for support and an ear!
