No you are not being too sensitive.  Stroke triumphants do need to be applauded for moving through and thriving after a stroke experience.  Unless a person has moved through a stroke experience other people have no idea what it is like to successfully survive and thrive…..Kudos to you!!!

it is imperative that you find purpose in your life so you have a reason to wake up…if you are physically able find a hobby that provides joy and contentment.

I would utilize sound healing….I have complex regional pain syndrome as a result of my stroke. I used meditation and sound healing to relieve the pain.
